2 Scenario and Analysis Board, Concept and Material Board Review of the prepared research files. Examination of the scenario development process in line with the user profile, functional requirements, and environmental data of the office building. 3 Floor Plans Clarification of the concept of an office building located in an urban center, featuring multiple storeys, a basement level, a street-facing façade, and landscaped areas, in line with the defined scenarios; evaluation of functional hierarchy, circulation, and spatial system decisions; and preparation of floor plans through sketching and massing studies on the existing project at a 1/50 scale.
