Content: The course content includes: Fundamentals of Communication and its Importance in Healthcare, Effective Communication Skills, Healthcare Personnel-Patient Communication, Communication with Patient Relatives, Communication with the Elderly, Children, and Individuals with Disabilities, Digital Communication in Telehealth, Patient Privacy and Ethical Principles, Visitor Policies in Healthcare Institutions, Visitor Management During Pandemics and Emergencies, Planning and Monitoring Visitor Flow, Managing Visitor Behavior, Factors Affecting Patient Satisfaction, and Application Examples.
