Objectives and Contents

Objectives: During the professional practice process, it is to provide students with basic knowledge and skills regarding anesthesia practices and to teach competencies for anesthesia management in surgeries performed in specific surgical fields.
Content: Preoperative evaluation, difficult airway, anesthesia in pediatric and geriatric patients, anesthesia outside the operating room, frequent surgical interventions (obstetrics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastic Surgery, ear nose and throat, urology, neurosurgery) anesthesia applications, blood transfusions in anesthesia applications, anesthesia applications in obese, hypertensive and diabetic patients and regional blocks.
