Objectives: | Provide information on food chemistry, food technology, public nutrition, hygiene and environmental health, food items, combinations of nutrients. By using this information to teach students the correct nutrition. |
Content: | Conditions of a healthy and balanced nutrition for consumers. Growth and development. Nutrition and health relation. Physical, mental and social health concepts. The importance of diet foods of animal origin. Nutrition principles and techniques of collective nutrition. Nutrition and health-society relation. Principles of balanced nutrition.
