Objectives and Contents

Objectives: To have information about the ways of transmission and protection of microorganisms that cause disease and to examine the characteristics of the diseases they cause and the mechanisms of disease formation.
Content: Basic principles of microbiology , history and scope of microbiology, our lives microorganisms, spontaneous generation of the germ theory of biyogenesis and disease , chemical foundations, chemical bonds and reactions, important biological molecules, microscopes, painting techniques, basic methods of classification and classification of microorganisms, prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell structures gram-positive and gram- negative bacteria, the outer and inner organelles, chemical and physical requirements for microbial growth , nutrient media types, pure culture , microbial growth control, bacteria, fungi , yeasts , algae, actinomycetes, protozoa, viruses , parasites microbial genetics , dietary patterns and metabolism of microorganisms , beneficial and harmful effects of microorganisms , the definition of immunology , antibodies and antigens and their reactions.
