| Objectives: | In addition to theoretical courses on oral microbiology, bacteriology, mycology, virology and immunology, students gain knowledge about systemic diseases caused by pathogens and use their knowledge of the treatment of oral microbiological diseases while providing health services. |
| Content: | Infections caused by microorganisms related to dentistry, oral microflora, microbiology of dental plaque and tooth decay, microbiology of endodontic diseases, microbiology of periodontal diseases, relationship of oral diseases with other systemic diseases, use of antibiotics in dentistry. |
