Objectives and Contents

Objectives: It is aimed to learn the effect of activity on body systems under different environmental conditions, to evaluate the problems that may occur during activity, to comprehend activity suggestions and to gain knowledge and attitudes about being used in basic practice.
Content: Cardiovascular system and activity, cardiovascular regulation and integration, assessment of the functional capacity of the cardiovascular system, measurement of personal differences and energy capacity, daily activity tests, energy expenditure in resting and physical activity, aerobic and anaerobic training, factors affecting maximal aerobic power, recovery in the pulmonary system and activity respiratory control, acid-base balance, muscle physiology, musculoskeletal system and activity, nerve physiology, synaptic conduction.
