The general principles of treating fractures and various physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches following different types of fractures are aimed to be understood. This includes conservative treatment for conditions leading to joint degeneration, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and rehabilitation principles following joint replacement surgery like endoprosthetics. Additionally, the rehabilitation of pathologies related to the shoulder joint, such as rotator cuff tendinitis and tears, bursitis, and periarthritis, is covered. The rehabilitation of patellofemoral pain syndrome in the knee, as well as ligament and meniscus injuries, is also addressed. |
