Objectives and Contents
Objectives: It is aimed to gain knowledge and attitudes about patient child development and education, knowledge and attitudes related to the transfer of the theoretical knowledge they have acquired to practice.
Content: Definitions Related to Childhood Diseases, Approaches to Childhood diseases, Communication with Children with Diseases, Hospital Preparation Programs, Preparation of Diseased Children for Medical Interventions, Educational Practices for Diseased Children, Play in Hospital, Reactions of Diseased Children to Illness and Hospital, Needs of the Diseased Children based on the Developmental Periods and Organization of the Hospital Environment, Rights of Child Patients, Reading Patient Files, Developmental Evaluation of Hospitalized Children, Educational Material for Diseased Children's Developmental Characteristics and Diseases, Program Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation.
