This course focuses on the correct use of tools and equipment in a workshop environment, in accordance with ATA Chapter 20 Basic Maintenance Practices and the core content of SHT-66 & EASA Part-66 Module 7A (7.3). It also covers basic procedures related to aircraft ground operations, pre-maintenance preparations, and structural systems, based on the aircraft maintenance intervals specified in ATA Chapter 5 and the content of Module 7A (7.20).
In line with Modules 7A (7.12, 7.13, 7.15–7.20), practical training is provided on transmissions, control cables, material processing, weight and balance calculations, the use of ground support equipment, and storage methods.
Procedures such as disassembly, repair, abnormal event management, and general maintenance practices are taught in accordance with international standards (EASA Part-66) and are carried out using manufacturer documentation (AMM, TSM, FIM, CMM, SRM, etc.). |
