This course aims to address the knowledge required to function effectively as a member of a professional flight crew, the development of Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programs, and the preventive measures to be taken against crew-related errors. |

The course content includes topics such as the principles and history of Crew Resource Management (CRM); decision-making in aviation; teamwork in aviation; team working and leadership in aviation; automation and its effects on humans; stress management in aviation; threat and error management in aviation; monitoring in aviation; the importance of CRM training; the importance of CRM training implementation through aircraft accidents and case studies; the development, evolution, and current status of EASA policies; and the relationship between EASA policies and CRM training. |
