Objectives: |
The goal is for social work students to develop, analyze, and gain an understanding of professional intervention strategies through theoretical knowledge and case analysis. Additionally, the goal is to equip them with the knowledge and attitudes regarding effective practices in crisis intervention, case management, and different levels of social work (micro, mezzo, macro), all within the framework of professional ethical principles. |
Content: |
Social work intervention strategies, methods for working with individuals and groups, case management, crisis and risk management, working with immigrants, advocacy strategies, rights-based social work approaches, and innovative social work practices will be covered. In the later weeks of the course, case presentations will be conducted, and in addition to each case presentation, topics such as crisis, risk, and case management will be discussed. |
