Objectives: This course aims to provide the students with the ability to use effective, sufficient and efficient human resources, which is one of the basic sources of the institution and which can affect the productivity level of other resources.
Content: Contents of the course include the subjects such as job definition and analysis of human resources units; job evaluation; worker finding; selection and measurement techniques; interview techniques; performance evaluation system and wage management; industrial relations; detailed information and studies on integrating information technologies into the HR process.
