AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |
| Amaç: |
Toplumsal sorunlar ile ilgili kuramsal ve kavramsal düşünebilme ve ifade etme, ve güncel sorunları eleştirel bir şekilde ifade etme ve tartışma becerilerini geliştirmek amaçlanmaktadır. |
| İçerik: |
Sosyolojik bakış, sosyolojik araştırma, sosyolojik kuramlar ve yöntemler, küreselleşme, sosyal değişim konularını içermektedir. |

| Bilgi ve bilimin temel ilkelerini kavrar, sosyolojinin perspektifini ve benzeri bilimlerle ilişkilerini açıklayabilir. |
| Sosyolojik düşüncenin tarihsel gelişimini açıklayabilir. |
| Modern ve geleneksel sosyolojik kuramların özelliklerini kıyaslayabilir. |
| Bireyler, gruplar ve toplum içindeki karşılıklı ilişkileri yorumlayabilir. |
| Toplum dediğimiz gerçekliğin ve onu oluşturan kurumların tek tek ve karşılıklı ilişki içinde işleyişini değerlendirir. |
