Amaç: | Bu derste havacılıkta proje seçimi, projelerin organizasyonu, kapsam, zaman ve maliyetlerini tanımlayabilme, planlayabilme ve bilgisayar yazılımları desteğiyle projeleri programlama ve yönetme yeteneğini geliştirme amacıyla proje yönetiminin temel ilkelerini ele almak amaçlanmaktadır. |
İçerik: | Havacılıkta proje yönetimine giriş, havacılıkta proje yönetiminin organizasyonu, proje yönetiminde haberleşme proje yönetiminde yönetim yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi, projelerde optimal kaynak kullanımı, planlama kavramı ve özellikleri, insan faktörünün zihinsel ve bedensel açıdan değerlendirilmesi / projede görev dağılımı, kaynaklar (finans, işgücü, donanım, vb.) açısından proje değerlendirilmesi, proje, yönetiminde kullanılan başlıca teknikler, proje yönetiminde bilgisayar uygulamaları, havacılık projelerinde kalite yönetimi, proje yönetiminde sorunlar ve giderilmesi konularından oluşmaktadır. |
