AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	işletme kavramının öğretilmesi, işletmeler hakkında genel bilgi verilmesi, Havayolu işletmelerinin idari ve operasyonel faaliyetleri hakkın genel bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
İçerik:	İşletmenin fonksiyonları ve departmanlarına ilişkin genel bilgilerin verilmesi, Havacılık sektöründen örneklerle, havayolu işletmelerinin gerek idari yapısı gerek operasyonel faaliyetlerinin açıklanması dersin temel içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
