The aim of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is to raise successful and leading chefs, managers and individuals who have the artistic sensibility, competing in national and international fields, know the finest aspects of Turkish and World culinary arts in the best way.

Objectives of the Program

As Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, our primary goal is to raise qualified chefs and managers who are sensitive to society and environment, see the change and success as an indispensable element of life, act with the spirit of leadership, have the knowledge and philosophy of their job.
