The Non-Thesis and Thesis Master's Programs in Nutrition and Dietetics, offered under the Istanbul Gelisim University Graduate Education Institute, continue their educational activities with great consistency, guided by an approach that aims at internationalization. The objective of the Non-Thesis and Thesis Master's Programs in Nutrition and Dietetics is to bring together students and academics who wish to advance in the field of nutrition and dietetics, gain knowledge in the profession, and learn how to apply this knowledge in practice.

The Non-Thesis and Thesis Master's Programs in Nutrition and Dietetics aim to educate individuals who have received health education and are equipped with advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience, capable of taking on high-level roles in national and international settings related to nutrition. These individuals will be able to use technology and science effectively, and provide solutions to nutrition-related problems in line with international literature.

Graduates who successfully complete the Non-Thesis Master's Program in Nutrition and Dietetics are awarded a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Non-Thesis), while graduates who successfully complete the Thesis Master’s Program in Nutrition and Dietetics are awarded a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Thesis).
Students who hold an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and graduate from either the Thesis or Non-Thesis Master's Programs in Nutrition and Dietetics earn the title of "authority" in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics.
When the program is completed and the program qualifications are met, a non-thesis master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics is obtained.
Graduates of Nutrition and Dietetics undergraduate education, after completing their master's degree, can work in many areas such as public and private sector inpatient treatment institutions, rehabilitation centres, outpatient diagnosis and treatment centres, training and counselling centres (universities, provincial health directorates, health education companies, ministry of health), sports centres, non-governmental organizations that carry out health projects etc.
In accordance with the principles of "Graduate Education and Training Regulations, Student Admission by Transfer" determined by the Higher Education Council, under the terms of "Admission requirements for graduate transfer students to Istanbul Gelisim University Graduate Programs" by the Istanbul Gelisim University Institute of Graduate Studies opportunity is offered.
According to the scope of the Non-Thesis and Thesis Master's Programs in Nutrition and Dietetics, no students are accepted through vertical transfer from any other program.
