The student will be able to identify the basic principles of constitutional law and its basic concepts.
The student will be able to compare primary constituent power and derived constituent power and describe the process of establishing a constitution.
The student will be able to compare monarchy and republic and interpret the relations between democracy and those two systems.
The student will be able to compare and contrast types of united states including federalism.
The student will be able to describe the systematical structure of fundamental rights and freedoms and explain under what circumstances these can be limited.
The student will be able to illustrate the fundamental principles of Republic of Turkey.
The student will be able to analyze the fundamental bodies of Republic of Turkey; namely, legislative, executive and judicial organs and their operations, electoral system, legislative immunity and presidential elections within the scope of current affairs.
