OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim is to promote useful and harmful microorganisms , to raise awareness about the diseases they cause the skin prior professional operations, able to carefully analyze the skin and adds , is to develop prevention methods of sterilization rules .
Contents of the Course Unit: Introduction to Microbiology, Microbiology, History, bacteria , viruses, fungi, parasites General Properties, the body's normal microbial flora , disinfection, to ntiseps and sterilization, Sterilization and Disinfection Methods, Airborne Infections and Agents , Wound and Skin Infections and Agents , Wound and Skin Infections Effects, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Factors, with the Transfusion Transmitted Infections Blood and Blood Components , Hand Hygiene , Notifiable Diseases Revision

To explain the concept of microbiology , to make judgments about the historical development
Knowledge about the structure of microorganisms and can make comparisons
Healthy human body and the microorganisms found in living organisms without damaging the ability to summarize information
To express the basic elements of infection control programs
taking into account the level of resistance of microorganisms to disinfectants that proper sterilization and disinfection methods to perform in all areas of life
Ability to remember information associated with transmission of infectious diseases through my left and to exhibit conscious behavior in individual social health protection
Being able to remember the infectious diseases that occur in the skin to exhibit conscious behavior in individual and social health protection
