OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the Career Planning course; Students should be aware of the expectations of business life after graduation, develop themselves in the best way during their student life, plan the knowledge, skills and competencies that will be necessary for their working life, choose the right job and profession in the fields suitable for their qualifications, and to enable them to plan their careers in this direction.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course; Career Planning and Career Development Models, National and International Exchange Programs, Basic Communication Skills, Diction and Body Language, Current Labor Market Conditions (public), Current Labor Market Conditions (private), Interview Techniques, Qualities of an impressive job interview, Curriculum vitae, Cover letter and thank you letter preparation methods, Academic Career, CV preparation for use in job applications.
