OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The course aims to analyze the relation between security and administration; the development of organizations and decision-making mechanism in context of security; the establishment of corporate culture; the role of leaders and leadership in conflict and crisis resolutions and the general assessment of administration. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
It contents include the concept of security, the development of administrative organizations and functions of administrations, the assessment of administrators, the impact of crisis and conflict management over administration, the relations between organization-leader and motivation, mobbing. |
