OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to provide students with theoretical knowledge about advertising management and advertising campaign planning.
Contents of the Course Unit: The concept of advertising, its characteristics, similarities and differences of advertising with public relations, marketing and propaganda, aims and objectives of advertising, functions, types, advertising and target audience, advertising media, advertising management process, strategies, media planning in advertising management, measurement and evaluation, effects of advertising management at individual and social levels, ethics and control in advertising, advertising law and legal regulations on advertising constitute the content of this course.

Within the framework of the basic concepts related to advertising management, it accurately explains what it is at any time.
Determines the features that the advertisement should have from the advertising campaign planning process.
Explains advertising script writing and advertising campaign work.
Interprets and analyses sample advertising campaigns.
Explains the importance of ethical and legal elements in advertising management and compares the advertisement taking into account the ethical and legal context.
