OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | To train individuals who have the knowledge, skills and competence to master the communication process, elements of communication, listening techniques, speech management and style, to communicate effectively, to be competent in persuasion, to manage the speaking process, to communicate and establish relationships in the workplace. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | n this course, participants are given the knowledge, skills and techniques used in listening, starting and continuing speaking, preventing and repairing speech problems during speech, and effective communication in order to establish effective communication and relationships in their working lives. |
