OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: In this course, those who can explain management processes; Able to analyze the structure of media management and organization at national and global levels; Understand the importance of leadership, motivation and workforce in media management organizations; have the skills to conduct market analysis; Understood the importance of the relationship between marketing and research; has the ability to apply management knowledge in his profession; Acting in accordance with the laws, regulations and ethical values regulating the media; To train individuals who are ready to manage media organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course; Media management and organization, management processes, leadership in media management, motivation, planning, market analysis, marketing and research, innovations, project management, laws, regulations and codes of ethics in management are covered.
