Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is to gain the knowledge of historical background and objectives, and to give ability to analyze, expound and develop solution for problems related to human resources. |

Definition of Personnel Management, Human Resource Management description, human resource planning, employee selection, job evaluation method, compensation management, job security and employee health |
