OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Aim of the course is to provide basic information regarding successful change management in corporates and provide human resources for successful change management.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course contains; the concepts of change and organisational change causes of organisational change, globalisation and organisational change, change in internal and external environmental conditions, organisational change management, change management and leadership of change, change management programmes, resistance to change in organisational change management, sample case studies.

Learns concepts of change and change management along with their essence for corporates
Learns enginerring of change, organisations which internalize quality management and techniques for organizational development along with their applications in real life
Learns factors of change that affect corporations and compares past factors of change with the contemporary ones
Utilises information regarding change management to become a successful change manager and leader
Acknowledges the concept of resistance to change and learns techniques regarding the management of the resistance to change
