Objectives of the Course Unit: | Aim of the course is to provide basic information regarding successful change management in corporates and provide human resources for successful change management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | This course contains; the concepts of change and organisational change causes of organisational change, globalisation and organisational change, change in internal and external environmental conditions, organisational change management, change management and leadership of change, change management programmes, resistance to change in organisational change management, sample case studies. |
