OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | To help students gain the ability to interpret the knowledge learned in the field of labor law and social security law. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | In the light of the decisions of the judiciary, the basic concepts of employee and employer, employment contract, its establishment, validity conditions, termination of employment contract, rights and debts of employer and worker and social security law will be covered. |
