OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply basic techniques specific to show gymnastics.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; the basic concepts of show gymnastics include materials used in the field of gymnastics and contest rules, basic running forms, flexibility movements, balance postures, throws, turns, jumps, turn techniques, lining, lift technique, examination of sample choreographies.
