Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply different techniques specific to Cycling. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; The history of cycling, safe bicycle driving according to the rules, bicycle types, cycling clothes, cycling gear and maintenance of bicycle, and bicycle riding techniques according to weather conditions. |
