OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the ability to apply basic technical movements and special technical movements on an instrument that they determine by using artistic gymnastic devices. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course includes history and of gymnastics and rules of contest, definition and technical features of Male and Female artistic gymnastics equipment, movements on ground, pommeled horse, ring, jump table, parallel, bar, asymmetrical parallel and balance instruments. |
