Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to give the students the ability to practice a choreography using rhythmic gymnastics. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The contents of the course include introduction to the rhythmic gymnastics and its history, Rules of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Classification of body movements, Special training methods, Specific warm-up methods, Bouncing exercises, Balance and coordination exercises, Force exercises, Flexibility exercises, Rope techniques, Hoop techniques, Pivot exercises, Music knowledge, Rhythm studies, Music selection, Choreography studies. |
