OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to equip students to be able to apply the basic techniques of hand, foot and elbow in Karate-do. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course includes Karate-do history, competition rules, Te-Waza, Uke-Waza techniques, Ashi-Waza technique, Empi-Waza technique, implementation forms of color belts, Kumite technique. |
