Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply basic techniques specific to Teakwondo. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; definition and historical development of Teakwondo, Teakwondo terminology, basic technical classifications, Salon and competition rules in Teakwondo, punching techniques, kick techniques, pumse forms, combined basic techniques and competition techniques. |
