Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to help students gain the skill to apply activities related with workplace recreation. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; historical development of workplace recreation, basic concepts, purpose, characteristics and management approaches of workplace recreation, legislation related to workplace recreation in Turkey, workplace recreation programs and service groups, the qualifications, duties and responsibilities of the workplace recreation leader, employees' leisure time perception in workplace and their acquisitions. |
