OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge and skills to execute the exercise programs prepared for children, women and the elderly and to prepare the appropriate exercise programs for these individuals. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; physical and physiological characteristics of children, women and the elderly; training in children, women and elderly, types of physical activity and loading principles; physical and physiological effects of training in children, women and the elderly. |
