OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of the course is to provide the students with the ability to use time effectively and efficiently in business life and personal life by using the knowledge they have obtained on time management.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the concept of time, the concept of time management, the time usage behaviors, the effective use of time and the ineffective use of time, objective time, subjective time, the pareto principle, the determination of objectives and priorities, time production, time traps, importance to say "no", to overcome the obstacles, to be able to skip to next day, time measurement techniques, time management in meetings, time management in projects, time and project production software, communication and information systems, weekly plans and annual plans.

Explain and define the concepts of time and time management and their importance.
Define the concepts of objective time and subjective time.
