Objectives and Contents
Objectives: It is aimed to give information about the basic concepts of criminal law, the application of the Turkish Criminal Code, the concept of crime, the elements of the crime, penalties, security measures by addressing the basic principles that dominate the criminal law.
Content: The Concept of Criminal Law and Fundamental Principles of Criminal Law, Application of Criminal Law Rules in terms of Place and Time, Material Elements of Offense, Spiritual Elements of Offense, Concept of Flawlessness and Conditions Affecting Flawlessness, Reasons for Compliance with Law, Legitimate Defense, Special Appearances of Crime: Attempt, Participation, Collaboration , Chain Crime and Repetition of Crime, Criminal Law Sanctions in General, Security Measures, Execution of Penalties, Submission of the Case and Penalties, Litigation and Penalty Timeout.
