Objectives and Contents

Objectives: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to prepare an exercise program for individuals with different characteristics.
Content: Contents of the course include; basic concepts of training information and exercise program design principles, physiological basis and programming methods of strength, cardiovascular healing, agility, speed, flexibility, balance, explosive force development concepts, exercise prescription creation, exercise and nutrition, sports performance test and measurement methods, complementary exercise methods, sports injuries, exercise selection in sports injuries, daily, weekly and monthly training planning.
