Content: | Content of the Course includes definitions and concepts of Fitness, Fitness exercise methods and related movements, Fitness equipment, Fitness and ergonomics, Biomechanics and applied motion analysis, Bar holding types and spot techniques, Posture analysis, Olympic lifting techniques, Positioning of the body in cardiovascular exercises, Breathing techniques and practice in fitness exercises. |
