Tourism Guidance Master's Degree was established in the 2020-2021 academic year under the umbrella of the Graduate Education Institute. The department, whose language of instruction is Turkish, aims to provide its students with all academic, cultural, scientific and up-to-date information about tourism guidance with its expert and professional academic staff within the framework of a one-year graduate education plan, and to raise individuals who have problem-solving skills, self-development, and beneficial to the society and country.
The primary goal of the program is to have a high cultural level, to have high knowledge and experience about the natural and cultural assets in our country, to establish good human relations, to think analytically, to be innovative, to have advanced problem-solving and organizational skills, to have basic and social values such as tolerance, courtesy, respect and honesty. It is aimed to train tourist guides and qualified individuals who will take local and foreign tourists with leadership skills to the sights of Turkey and provide information, and to bring them into the tourism industry.
