AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: This course aims to provide basic education about medical documentation and related concepts.
İçerik: This course; medical documentation and its definition, the importance and history of medical documentation, its features, indexing of patient files, indexing systems of diseases and surgeries, filing and numbering of patient files, international classification of diseases, architectural structure and features of patient files archives, management and organization, organizational models, The definition and general characteristics of hospitals include e-transformation policies in health.
