AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed to gain knowledge about the basic structure and functioning mechanisms of all systems that consist of the human body.
İçerik: Muscle physiology, energy sources in muscle contraction, respiratory system physiology, circulatory system physiology, nervous system physiology, motor control, sensory physiology.

Explains the contraction mechanism of the muscle.
Compare the energy sources used in muscle contraction.
Arrange the effects of exercise on the muscular system.
Discover the adaptation mechanisms in the respiratory system through exercise.
Discover the adaptation mechanisms in the heart and circulatory system through exercise.
Arrange the effects of exercise on endocrine, nervous and excretory system.
Explain the basic concepts of sensory physiology.
Arrange physiological changes that occur under extreme conditions.
