AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	The aim is to acquire knowledge and skills related to orthoses, including the selection of materials, types, and characteristics of orthoses, appropriate orthotic selection and usage for disability conditions, orthotic use within the scope of activities of daily living (ADL), and increasing mobility; understanding the basic principles of prostheses, the physiological and psychological effects of amputation, and rehabilitation procedures.
İçerik:	Upper and lower extremity and trunk orthoses, indications for orthoses, and their applications in daily life; upper and lower extremity prostheses, selection of appropriate prosthetic components based on different prosthetic types and amputation levels, amputee rehabilitation, and daily life activities (ADL).

Can explain the components and production processes that make up a prosthesis.
Can select a suitable prosthesis for a patient with limb loss due to amputation or congenital deficiency.
Can implement an appropriate treatment program for amputees or individuals with congenital limb deficiency.
Can apply necessary evaluations based on rehabilitation stages for patients with indications for prosthetics.
Can assess the fit of the prosthesis, make required biomechanical adjustments, and compare the outcomes in individuals using prosthetics.
Can conduct pre- and post-application assessments for patients with indications for orthoses.
Can explain the fit of the orthosis and the need for modifications in individuals using orthoses.
Can implement a treatment program to enhance the effectiveness of the orthosis.
Can explain the importance of staying updated on current technological developments in the field of orthotics and prosthetics.
Can relate possible complications to orthotic and prosthetic applications.
