AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	Duygu, davranış ve düşüncelerin sosyal yapı ve süreçten nasıl etkilendiğine ilişkin bilgi ve tutumların kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
İçerik:	Alanın tarihsel süreci, ana kuramsal ve yöntemsel konular, sosyal biliş, kalıp yargılar, önyargı ve ayrımcılık, sosyal ve kültürel bağlamda benlik.

DERSİN ÖĞRENME ÇIKTILARI (Öğrenciler, bu dersi başarı ile tamamladıklarında aşağıda belirtilen bilgi, beceri ve/veya yetkinlikleri gösterirler.)
Sosyal psikolojinin ilgi alanını, amaçlarını ve diğer sosyal bilimlerle ilişkisini inceler.
Farklılıkların önemine ilgi gösterir.
Ders konuları ile kişisel gözlem ve deneyleri yorumlamayı seçer.
Sosyal psikoloji araştırmalarına yön veren kuramsal, yöntemsel ve etik meseleleri inceler.
