AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: This course aims to ensure that students understand fundamental aviation regulations, including international and European aviation standards, maintenance requirements, approved maintenance organizations, and personnel qualifications. This course provides a detailed exploration of the legal frameworks related to aircraft maintenance and repair, the processes involved in aircraft maintenance, and the responsibilities of operators.
İçerik: The course content includes an overview of the operation of international and European aviation regulations, as well as the roles of EASA and EU aviation authorities. Students will learn about the requirements for certified personnel and organizations involved in aircraft maintenance and repair (Part-66, Part-145, Part-M). Furthermore, they will examine in detail the regulations concerning air operations, including EU-OPS, air operator certificates, airworthiness requirements, maintenance programs, and aircraft documentation.
