AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	Havaalanındaki yolcular için yapılacak tüm işlemleri anlamayı amaçlar.
İçerik:	Dersin içeriği, yolcu hizmetleriyle ilgili tüm prosedürler, terimler ve davranışlar gibi konuları içerir.

DERSİN ÖĞRENME ÇIKTILARI (Öğrenciler, bu dersi başarı ile tamamladıklarında aşağıda belirtilen bilgi, beceri ve/veya yetkinlikleri gösterirler.)
Yolcu hizmetleri ile ilgili terimleri kullanır.
Yolcu hizmetlerinde kullanılan evrakların içerik ve işlevlerini temel düzeyde tanımlar.
Havalimanında bulunan üçüncü kuruluşlarıve hizmet ilişkilerini temel düzeyde tanımlar.
Havalimanına ve uçağa yolcu giriş ve çıkış işlemleri; problem çözme, bilgi verme, yönlendirme tekniklerini kullanır.
