| Amaç: |
This course aims to provide the students with the ability to analyze and evaluate the decision-making mechanism of economic units as well as the theory and structure of macroeconomics, the concepts, functions, conditions and working policies of economic policies. |
| İçerik: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as national income and calculation methods, methods of calculation of unemployment and inflation, economic growth, Keynesian economics and classical economics. |

| Explain the basic concepts and assumptions in macroeconomics. |
| Explain the equilibrium of an economy by using the aggregate demand and aggregate supply model. |
| Explain the fiscal policies including expansionary and contractionary policies. |
| Illustrate how monetary policy affects the GDP and interest rates in the structure of macroeconomic theories. |
| Analyze the relationship between variables such as national income, money and interest in open and closed economies. |
