AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed that students adopt to look at architecture and art not only from a technical point of view but also as productions that emerge as a result of social, cultural, economic and political conditions.
İçerik: Basic information about art is conveyed from the prehistoric period when humanity emerged to the present day. The course deals with art not only from a technical point of view, but also as productions that emerge as a result of social, cultural, economic and political conditions. In this context, it covers visual culture in different periods, mainly Western art, and the formation process of this culture.

Defines the relationship between art and design
Explains the cultural and chronological interactions and developments of art processes
