AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The aim of this course is to cover the building components and to design and solve problems of these components which take place during all stages of construction.
İçerik: Following topics are introduced in this class; support and infill systems, loads on building, building codes and standards, soil types and foundation systems, masonry construction, timber floor system, reinforced concrete (R.C.) construction, types of roof and wall, types of staircase, types of window and door, thermal related properties of materials, finishing works.
